Red harvest wine
Grape variety: Tempranillo 100 %
Alcohol: 15 % vol
Eye: Very intense red cherry colour with an opaque and purple hint. Young aspect, with a very light evolution.
Nose: Sensations of concentrated and profound tasty aromas that seem to develop with time. Fruity senses are dominant together with reminds of red fruit and small wild mature fruit such as blambleberry and gooseberry. Spiced hints could remind some aging (only it is a sensation as this wine has not been aged), which together with cinnamon and nutmeg offer a potentially great wine.
Mouth: We find a powerful structure, full bodied with firm tannins of great quality and a splendid acidity. A solid taste and sensation of concentration of fruit together with a great equilibrium of freshness. Ample and complex reminds of fruit, minerals, spices and liquorice to finalise with an ample and elegant aftertaste.
It is a wine with NO aging process but it wants to demonstrate it belongs to the category aged wine gives with elegance, taste and concentration of a more complex and ample wine.
